Three rooms, one 1930s house
In 2019 we bought this house at the edge of the dunes. It needed some love, so over the following years we restored it ourselves, room by room. Now we’d love to share it with you.
No hotel, no reception desk: just a house where you feel at home, with two people who’d love to show you the best spots on the coast.

Our smallest room, at the back of the house. From your bed you look out over the marram-grass dunes; in the morning all you hear are the birds.

A spacious room with its own south-west facing balcony. The spot for a glass of wine while the sun drops behind the dunes.

The largest room in the house: a double bed and two single beds under the sloping roof. Children are very welcome here.

Breakfast
A breakfast worth staying in for
Bread from the village baker, eggs from a farm nearby and jam that Sanne makes herself. We serve it in the garden room, or simply outside in summer.

Between 15:00 – 20:00. Arriving later? Just let us know and we’ll make sure you can get in.
Check-out
Before 11:00. You’re welcome to leave your luggage with us afterwards.
Bikes to borrow
Free of charge, child seats too. The beach is a ten-minute ride.

On our own driveway, right next to the house.

Surroundings
Dunes, beach and so much sky
Step out of the front door and you’re in the dunes. By bike you’ll reach the sea in ten minutes, and if you want to go further, Egmond, Bergen and Alkmaar are just around the corner.
