Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms apply to every stay at B&B Duinlicht.
1. Booking
A booking made through the website, by phone or by email is a request. Your booking is final once we have confirmed it by email.
2. Prices
All prices are per room per night, in euros, including breakfast, VAT and tourist tax for 2 guests. In the Zeewind family room each extra guest costs €30 a night, also including breakfast and tourist tax. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies on Fridays and Saturdays.
3. Payment
You pay on arrival, by card or in cash. We don’t ask for a deposit.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel later, or don’t show up, we charge the price of the first night. You can cancel by email or phone.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in is between 15:00 – 20:00, check-out before 11:00. Other times by arrangement.
6. House rules
Pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outside. After 10 pm we ask you to be considerate of other guests. The maximum number of guests per room is listed with each room.
7. Damage and liability
Please take good care of the room, its contents and the bikes you borrow. We may charge for damage you cause. We are not liable for loss or theft of your belongings, unless it is our fault.
